Shake Bar

The Wonderlab Shake Bar was a collaboration with Benugo and the Science Museum. The brief was to take the existing cafe’s structure and give it a makeover that was more in keeping with the aesthetics and palette of the new Statoil Gallery.

We created something between a laboratory and a pumping station for devotees of all things dairy.

Together with Kit Grover I designed the look, from the ‘shaking’ neon sign, coloured piping, signage and fake pressure guages to the scientific beakers that serve as storage containers. Working closely with the art director at the Science Museum, Benugo and the various fabricators I helped to deliver this project from the initial sketches to the installation.
